At The Solimans
we have 4 different plans
Custom - Balanced - High Protein - Vegan
Every week, we have three menus to serve; Balanced, High Protein, and Vegan.
Each menu has five meals per day that you can choose from, so fifteen meals per day.
You can choose your meals from one menu or mix n match from all the menus. You can choose three meals per day from the Balanced menu. Or choose one meal from High Protein, the other from Balanced, and another from Vegan.
All our meals come with macros; you can choose your meals according to your calorie-intake-goals per day.
A Custom plan is when you need something more specific. You give us your macros, or we can help you identify them. We custom and create for you a plan specifically considering your preferences. Custom plans can also be for any medical or other reason. In case you have been prescribed to eat specific food and avoid others.

Solimans Small Menu offers a variety of nourishing dishes that cater to diverse dietary preferences. Delivery
We deliver daily from Monday to Saturday in an hour window that we inform you of in advance, and Sunday is our off day.
If you like to have meals seven days per week, we can deliver Sunday meals on Saturday.
